Mon, 16 October 2006 After a very long absence, Fibromyalgia Weekly is back online with a new episode. I hope I can keep at it this time! Comments[4] |
Betsy,
I think this is your best show yet: candid and from the heart, telling YOUR story. That's what podcasting is supposed to be about.
Love,
Jeva

I am so sorry to hear that you have had a rough summer and now winter is coming and well you know how that goes.
I wanted to encourage you to continue with podcasting. I have missed your podcasts and hearing about your life with fibromyalgia.
I have been suffering greatly with this illness for over 7 years, and I am 30 years old now, and cannot work anymore due to it. I am trying to find ways to work from home without having something so stressful. Sounds impossible huh? LOL
As for the swimming, well I can say that warm water aerobics is a better idea for exercise.
You can check with the Arthritis foundation for locations near you that has that or the YMCA.
I have finally tried warm water aerobics after it being suggested from several doctors and I said okay I'll try it, and it has helped with the pain. I have lost some weight, and gained some muscle as well.
I have relied on your podcasts as a source of encouragement as I never have heard from another fibroangel who is going through the same thing as myself. I read about it on the forums I am on, but somehow it is just not the same without hearing the voice of someone who has the same things as I do.
I highly encourage to continue to persevere and hang it in there.

I really like your blog content the way you put up the things…I’ve read the topic with great interest.
It's great when someone sees your stuff and gives response!!!
I’ll be a frequent visitor and expecting some more posts in the future.

At present, there are 14
Metin 2 Yang
in the PvP system in theWOW Gold
. Each rank has its own icon,Metin Yang
, horde and reward. But how do you progress the ranks, and what do the items do? The most significant way to level up the rank is to farm WOW honor points in the PvP Battlegrounds.
